Let me ask would it still be a good house to download if you don't have all the EPs?

I do have BV, NL, Seasons, and the Glam Stuff (damn, now you make me want the Kit. & BR stuff pack even more...to bad I'm broke as hell, LOL)? I'm trying to hook up a beach front sort of city/town (not necessarily for vacationing in, but for actual living) and this would be one of those pretty big pimpin' style house to add!

I also like to know that too, hell I'd even like to know exactly which mesh on peggysims2 that this works w/. Vintage-d's site was just as unhelpful as I couldn't even find the version of his that you were talking about.

Anybody have a copy of this mesh or know of a place you can direct me to? Or even give me the exact mesh number from peggysims2 so I at least know which one it is exactly. Thanks
