I got a quick question about this
Ive done all the above and packaged my sim - now im wondering if theres a way i can get the sim into the game without using create a sim?
Ive never been able to use create a sim cos it just crashes all the time

Iknow what it is - ive no disc space left Sad ive got 127 thing is it was just over 500 earlier & ive been deleting and removing stuff and its just gone down lol. Ive got an extra 70 gig but thats a data drive and i dont know if i can put stuff on that one

All ive done since i joined is ask for help lol

My game has been running fine until this morning grr now i cant get it on. It loads my neighbourhood blank, the screen is just black with the music playing. When i press ctrp, alt & dlt it says not responding. Sometimes it gets to my neighbourhood but wont load my lot. Its driving me mad

Anyone have any ideas?

There are also some custom objects out there which don't sit  on any surfaces (or if they are moved to a surface, are not usable), but are made to be placed only on floors or terrain, no matter what.


Woot thank you so much it worked, ive put stuff on a sideboard that you couldnt normally put stuff on but now ive run into another problem lol. I tried using the invisible slots after so you cant see them & it didnt work lol

Wow thank you for answering me everyone. Ill have a go at this one now
What i was doing was buying the slots, putting stuff on them, then trying the code & then trying to put a table over them or putting them under a table etc but it just kept saying cannot be used with objects, something like that anyway lol

Grr this has been driving me mad for almost 2hrs lmao. Im trying to do the one more slot package so that i can put more stuff on tables etc. I try both the cheat codes you need for them and they keep saying error so i cant get them to work :bawl:

Astrological sign: Cancer but can you set all them so their the same
Aspiration: Romance
Turn Ons: The muscle one & cologne - i think thats what their called lol
Turn Off: The smelly one lol

I know that you can import sims from one comp to another so wont that be like doing the same thing?
If someone makes a sim in create a sim they can package up and download it to their comp, wouldnt i just be able to get that and put it in a folder & that sim will be in my sim bin thing?
Wahhhhh guess ill just have to use what maxis put on the game then

Eeeeks i reinstalled all my sims last night & did what everyone said in ths thread and it still crashes. Even when i make a sim with no custom content.

I was wondering if someone could make a sim for me, with all the personality, star sign etc that you do in create a sim and upload it for me lol or is that too cheeky or not allowed?

I know what sim i want but just cant get it cos of this problem
