I'm also having this problem of the floors being blue.  I've also checked the Murano Moblia and found that I have the mesh for the shiny floors, but it still shows up blue.

While I love the pictures I can't really get an up close look at these two sims on my computer due to the file in the archive being a link and not the actual .Sims2Pack file.
