and please, please, pretty please with sugar on it make something so I can cast spells on those oh so busy burglars!!!
There's got to be some way to interrupt an NPC's action queue.  After all regular Sims have ADS to such an incredible degree that they forget the one single command to go to the potty as soon as I shift my attention away from them - how come the NPC's are so damm goal oriented?
