I'm going to wait a month or so before I buy Sims 3. I was going to pre-order it, but then I thought about Windows Vista and how it was an epic fail. There were so many issues with Vista, it's not even worth upgrading to. I want to see everyone else's reaction to Sims 3 before I buy it, so I can see what some of the kinks are.

I'm actually equal between male/female adults. Whenever I make a female sim, 98% of the time I make a male sim to go along with her. I can't remember the last time I didn't do that.

Empty! For now at least... Everytime I get into the mood to play Sims 2, I empty out my downloads folder and start over. However, last time I thought about playing, I cleared out my folder, but didn't get around to playing, so it's empty for now...probably will be until summer break.

No. Usually I like my sims to have almost perfect lives. I let my sims ruin their lives before and it wasn't fun. They died way too quickly and they were behaving like lunatics from all the emotional trauma!

LOL I usually read the think bubbles and try to think up what their conversation is about. Sometimes I also just listen to their conversation and pull out words I recognize. Sim conversations are pretty much just a bunch of words from different languages. I'm learning french, so I'm always listening for french words

I find toddlers to be really irritating. I don't like their weird sleep patterns and constant need for attention.

I don't think there are going to be online communities for The Sims 3 right off the bat. I think that Sims 2 communities will just add a Sims 3 board. I don't think that people will transition as quickly to Sims 3 as they did to Sims 2.

I'm so glad that I never bought anything from their site. I will continue to get my items from the booty.

I got The Sims 2 because the graphics just looked so much better than Sims 1. Also, I had only owned Sims 1 for about 6 months before Sims 2 came out and I had no expansions, which made switching easy since I wasn't really attached to Sims 1. I think the switch to Sim 3 will be much more difficult.

During the summer, I'm Sim obsessed, but when I'm busy with school I barely touch the game.

At University, I made my Sim have crushes on a couple of other sims and then other sims in my dorm started whispering to eachother a lot and the relationships with the sims I had crushes on started to go down.
