Yo guys, I was just wondering on how to actually do all of the stuff everyone else manages, I'm sorta new to trying to mod/change things, so yeah any help would be appreciated

Like for example if anyone could tell me where to get the stuff needed and how to install etc the stuff for the Huge Body Builder? By Mirva something :S
