I just finished the 37 page slog myself (not really a chore as it made interesting reading).  Let me join the many others in offering you my heartfelt thanks.  While I, myself, will enjoy adding this as another option to my game, especially for my period sims, my girlfriend will be absolutely ecstatic when I show her this mod.  She is a total "crunchy mama", and proud of it.  Not being able to have her sims breastfeed has been her biggest disappointment in the game.  This is going to be huge for her.  I'm especially happy that it is compatible with both InTeenimater and InSiminator, as I would do with out it rather than either of them.

With this, she's well on the way to achieving mos of her crunchy mama sims wishlist.  She already had natural, at-home, standing-up-and-squatting childbirth, I just downloaded a mod that will allow her to homeschool this weekend, and now she'll be able to breastfeed as well.  Add a maya-wrap to carry the baby around in and banishing cribs in favor of co-sleeping with the mama and she'd be beside herself with joy.  (Of course, I'm sure at that point she'd start campaigning to extend the nursing, maya-wrap, and co-sleeping to the toddlers as well.)
