I thought I'd make something for this website. It's been a while since I visited, but I've always loved it! This is a small rental cottage with 2 apartments. The ground floor apartment is cheaper, more of a 'starter' home, and the 1st-floor apartment is a little more luxurious. Both apartments have their own outside space, 1 bedroom and a large bathroom. The open-plan layout means they could easily be configured to have 2 bedrooms if you so wished.

This table looks really great! I'm not very good at meshing, and I was wondering how you create items so they pick up the same colours as Maxi's items?

I know this is an old thread, but I just had to comment - I think this house is amazing and can't believe it was rejected! It's stunning, inside and out, well done!

I've been a member here for some time, but forgot my manners and neglected to introduce myself! I'm from the North East UK and got interested in the Sims through my daughter who insisted on installing it on my PC - and the rest, as they say, is history! 

This old stately home has 3 bedrooms, but there's plenty of room upstairs to re-model if someone wants more One of the bedrooms is being used as a gym.

There's a substantial exterior with a pool, BBQ area and pretty gardens.
