This is really nice. Would make a good addition to my hood, but I don't have Pets yet.

For the past few months I've been giving my sim hood a makeover. After running out of  ideas, I started designing houses from floorplans. A few nights ago I was bored with one of those plans and decided to give my uninspired brain a workout. During the early (rough) stages I hated this house, but was too lazy to start over:lol:. The end results is the Havenbrooke. I did all the walls and floors myself, save for the Maxis wood floor, kitchen floor, and exterior walls. Hope you like it.
