Hey, all!

I am trying to create a sim wearing a gorgeous face mask I downloaded, with heavy freckles.  

The problem I am having is that the freckles I downloaded appear on the layer ABOVE the mask, which looks silly!  I have SimPE but I've never used it.  Can anyone advise me as to how to edit my files, if there is a way, so that I can make the freckles appear beneath the mask?
