For us complete dummies, would you please tell me how I get the eyes into the game once I color them?  I was searching all over here just for a tutorial on how to recolor eyes and this is the closest I have come so far to finding out.  Thanks

Well ... DOH!  I never paid any attention to the "Create Parts" section of Body Shop.  LOL  Like I said ... a complete dummy.  So, I gave it a try using photoshop.  I didn't use the eyes above though and just hand painted ... but ... for a first try I think it was decent.

Thanks for the comment on my simmies.  The top left was my very first sim only with a new hair-do.  The one on the top right reminds me of that chik from star wars ... Keira ... Knightly (?) I think that is her name.  I wasn't trying to make her, but I do think she looks like her.

HEY!  I just tried making some eyes.  Not nearly as good as yours, but for my first attempts I think it looks decent:

MouseyBlue ... sure wish you would share some recolors.  The eyes on Bailey are absolutely gorgeous!

I can't play the game ... my comp is waaaaayyyy to slow.  But I do love to mess around with BodyShop.  I hope it is okay to post my ladies straight from BS instead of in game.

I installed ALL my hairs and meshes (which on my dinosaur of a comp makes it load REALLY slow) and it worked!  They now have hair. :-)

Monica is gorgeous!  She reminds me of that girl from "A Walk To Remember" except Monica has blonde hair and that girl had very dk brown or black hair.  Excellent job!  Too bad some stole from you so now you don't share her

This sounded like fun so I gave it a try also.  I don't know this one's name.  She comes as a default in Body Shop in a white turtleneck dress.  All I changed was her hair, skintone and makeup ... oh yeah ... and her eye color.

I have never seen a Delta Burke sim before.  Good to see someone else likes here also.  I think she is a beautiful woman

Thanks y'all I will try all those suggestions.  Swayze does have blue eyes though they look brown in those pix of him.  Maybe I'll try a darker blue.  After reading the posts here, I can now see that his eyebrows are arched so I will ahve to adjust that.  I will have to look and see if there is a way to keep his nostrils as wide as I have them but thin out the tip of his nose.  I know how to thin out his bottom lip so I will definately do that.

I have never heard of Dave or Son of Dork.  He is a hot one though!  He reminds me of a very young Brad Pitt  Your sim version seems to have a much wider nose and the tip is down to far.  Or is that just the angle of the pix of the real Dave?  You definately seem to have his head shape down right!

@ nightskykite .... I don't know his name but I think my simmie Rebecca is willing to cheat on Adam just for one night with him!  I am talking about this one:

@RMarques ... your elf is so adorable!  He has the sweetest, most innocent looking expression!  Can he come out to play? We promise to put him in a lovely meadow with lots of flowers, butterflies and greenery!

@ Lytough ... I really like the first young lady the most.  Is she uploaded?  I tried to do some using a light skin-tone but they come out looking washed out and sickly.  Yours still has a lot of life  I have a niece with black hair, blue eyes and very pale skin so I thought if I could dl yours, she could be Samantha in my game.

@ softballchic ... tealin and anna want to come over to my house and meet some of my Sims.  Are they available?

@ AnnieBonnie ... I just wanted to say "Hi" because I remember you from when I was here back in June 2005. I don't know if you remember me though (I had posted a Sim picture of Angelina Jolie that you liked ... back before there were hundreds of them ... LOL ).  My name was just Moonchild then but it wouldn't let me log-on with that name so I had to re-register.  You were always so very nice to me.  I see your work is still absolutely amazing!!!

*gulp*  Are they really that bad?  I know I'm not one of the wonderful, extremely creative folks in the click here but I thought my Sims looked pretty good for a newbie.    At least, I thought they were good enough to merit at least 1 comment out of 34 views even if it was just to say "Hey ... fairly decent but you need to lenghten/shorten Cher's nose a bit to make her look more real"  or "Not too bad but most people recall Swayze more without the stubble though he had stubble or a beard in as many movies as he was clean-shaven".  Something.

Everyone needs to remember that they were once a newbie here also.  I am willing to bet that others encouragement made you try even harder to become the artists you are now.

Btw, I don't mean any of the above in a harsh way. Hard to convey "feelings" correctly in a short note to folks that don't let me get to know them.  Well ... actually, I have gotten to know them somewhat but they have yet to get to know me.

I'd pray that whoever controls the game is using an anti-aging hack!  I'd also be very thankful of they have the house properly secured with smoke alarms.  Hmmm ... me thinks I must be concerned with old age and death.  LOL
