Well, if you feel adventurous you can try a scratch remover kit for CDROM's.   I don't recommend this, but if you already have one try it (read the direction's it's not as easy as it looks).  The liquid versions are better then the nasty/expensive mechanical ones.

Also make sure it's not your CDROM drive itself, my computer gets moved a lot so I keep having my CDROM drives die or cable problems. Try reading the disk on another computer (using Windows Explorer), before you seek a replacement.

Asking nicely speeds the process.   This is probably worth it since the Sims 3 isn't going to be until at least 2009.

Once you get a hold of your CDROM's make your legal backup with a CDROM disk imager/emulator, so you never read from you original CDROM's again, which also makes the game load faster.   DVDROM's can also be backed up and emulated.

If you have to install an earlier expansion, it's best to remove all the expansions after it before installling it.  Say you have Uni, and OFB and want to install NL.  You are going to have to uninstall OFB, install NL, reinstall OFB, and apply patches.   Takes a long time.

Heels are very much a pain with the Maxis skeletons, and skimpy verts meshes (which is why I gave up my early attempts at meshing, yours are so much better, and mine looked like exploding supernova with the alpha meshtool).

WOW!  I love this set, but I love it so much I have to put my 2 cents in the hopes of reaching perfection.

mini-dress with heels:  Reminds me of Mr Bills problems he had with his mesh.  The feet look unusually long, compared with the rest of the leg.   I think a version of this without the heels would make it consistent with the rest of the set, or very low heels.  Nice top.
Motorcycle racer & Superheroine:  The top seems a little angular (hmm...maybe there weren't enough polygons to push around).
Suspenders, Nightgown/bikini, Long Dress, and Nude set: These seem to "deflate" compared to the rest of the set (more "natural" when I was expecting "enhanced" super heroic proportions like the rest of the set).
Supervillian, Undies,  and Shirt/Pants: Hot!  Wonderful! Fantastic!
Warrior: Wins my vote for best top of the set!

The legs seems to be not as well developed as the arms.  I would have expected more muscled thighs to match the nice biceps. Maybe more muscle in the gluteus maximus too, to round everything out (didn't intend that pun). Like this:

The arms/shoulders on all theses meshes are perfect! (half-way between athletic girl and bodybuilder girl).

Anyone else having a problem in game of clicking on a sim that is using this mesh?   On most sims you can usually click anywhere on them to get the radial menu, but with this mesh you can only click a very small area around the spine.   Great mesh otherwise!

I wish there was some way to add from Marvine & Beosboxboy's "Athletic girl" and "Body Builder" mesh, the WAIST size (smaller then maxis/Warlokk) and fit ARMS and LEGS (guys have you seen "Athletic girl" as she walks away...hubba hubba).

I guess I could sum up my request as "Busty Amazonian Goddess" set (tops and bottoms).  :-)

I was thinking about body modifications, and the cool elf ears that are out there, and was wondering if something similar could be done with breasts.

Seems like you could reference the the underlining skin genetic and clothing (like a full body mesh does), and these bosom "Glasses" would blend in with the clothing you were wearing (and skin underneath).

I'm not sure it can be done, since the Elf Ears that are out there do not refer to the underlining Sim (so you have to somehow find a recolour to match your skin or worse make one yourself).

Also, I don't see how this could move with the sim correctly (especially breathing), and with body type (fit/fat).

I was thinking of this since this might simplify the bodyshape project if it works.

Is this even possible?

Hmm...it might be interesting to have skins linked to Warlokk meshes for females and linked to Beo/Marvine meshes for males.  

I couldn't find an answer as to if this is possible.

I've always wished that the backside of all the hips was more, ahem, shapely.

This is especially true with the 32" hips, whose backside seems a little....flat.
I wish it was more athletic (think ballerina or gymnast).
