I'm wondering if there's a mod that prevents Sims from taking their food into another room to be near someone they like/love.  I don't know how I never had this problem until now, but recently my Sims love to take their food into the bathroom when their spouse is going to the bathroom while they cook.  It's just for the initial prep stage, then they cook it back at the stove in the kitchen and eat in the dining room no problem.  If there's a mod that prevents this "following" behavior I'd love to get it!

Kind of hard to neglect what's not there now  :/

I'm one of those players who likes going from birth through death so the no toddlers makes me cringe.  It's a life simulation but they're leaving out a really crucial life stage 

I was so excited about this game for so long but it just feels...incomplete.  Like, they know it's not ready but they want to keep their deadline.  Makes me sad.

Everyone always talks about what they loved in old games and how excited they are for it to continue or how sad they are that it'll be gone.  But what about things we don't like?

For instance, I never liked the open world, story-progression part of Sims 3.  I micro-manage way too much and hated having to follow my Sims where ever they went, possibly meaning skipping back and forth over the entire town!  I'm happy to see there's a balance between open and sectioned in Sims 4 and can't wait to see how it plays.

Thanks for leaving it here because I've always wondered what "size" Sims houses were but I never found a good answer.  This makes a lot of sense.

I have a long ponytail that I absolutely love for guys, but for some reason it doesn't seem to work.  I'm thinking something may have happened to the mesh, but I don't know the name of the hairstyle.  It shows up when my sims change their appearance, but when I select it, another hairstyle shows up on their heads.

Here's a picture of the hair as it appears in the "appearance" window. 


Anyone recognize it?  I want to re-download the files and mesh and see if that helps.

I love that house (and the show) so I might try when I next load up my game now that you posted blueprints.  If it works I'll post it for you to see yourself.

None of those things are what's wrong, I don't have pet hacks, no mood hacks, and I already have controlpets on, the bowl is full and the dogs are hungry.  I tried deleting and "restore family"-ing one of them and that worked, so I dunno.

So, in two households I've had dogs just stop eating for no reason.  One, I didn't do anything, just one day the dog stopped eating out of the bowl she'd been eating out for her whole life (puppy and a few days into adulthood).  The other dog, I tried giving him a new pet bowl and suddenly he stopped eating.  Tried replacing the bowls several times in both houses, didn't work.  Neither of them have ever eaten human food, so that's not the issue, and even after using InSIM to train them to eat pet food they still won't.  There's no option to eat or call them to eat.  I've tried commanding them to eat but nothing happens.
Anyone else had this happen?

Also, both of them are Corgis (I custom made the breed) - one full corgi and one half corgi/half a pre-made breed (I forget which).  They are finicky, but even cleaning and buying the most expensive bowls don't work.

I just made a Sim in BodyShop and now whenever I try to move him onto a lot, his face defaults to a really ugly Maxis face.  I've tried moving him alone and I'm going to try moving him into different types of lots right now.  Has anyone else had this happen before?  I have all the expansion packs, and if this doesn't work I'll probably try taking out custom content, even though I'm pretty sure the other sim I tried this with didn't have a problem.

I haven't played Sims 2 in almost two years at this point, stupid college.  But I REALLY miss my sims and am really looking forward to getting my desktop computer back when I graduate, although I have no clue how it's going to get across country, let alone overseas, like I'm planning on doing...

But yeah, I really dislike Sims 3 and really wish I could just transfer my Sims 2 to my laptop, but it doesn't work that way  XD  (Mac laptop and PC desktop...)
