When my sims go to a community lot during cold seasons, they don't use to change their clothes when enter into the places, is that normal?

At the end, in the few times they change, they always do into casual clothes, and it's quite annoying in dates, when you try to dress them fabolous and turn to regular....

i'm not sure if it happens when i install seasons, but now all screenshots are black! only the first one i take once i run the game is ok, and it happens in all neighborhoods.
i've reinstall all game+ep's, removed different mods i had (smoanoff jelousy only for engaged-married; pregnancy wear any clothes, and think thats all), and directly clean downloads and saved sims folders..
nothing seemed to work, now i still cannot take pictures. anybody with the same problem? is it the seasons ep? is it some adult content i get from the sister site of this? Please help..
