So, here's  the deal.  I've downloaded several beautiful beach front residential lots for my sims to live in, but whenever I try to load them up, they crash my game.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

I wanted to create a sims business featuring my own artwork so I had to turn some of my sketches into sims objects for that.  Posted here for everyone to enjoy.  

Watermarks/copyright info are not on the in game pictures.  Those are just on there to protect myself from art thieves.  I can't remember what maxis pictures are from what expansion pack, so I'm not sure what ones you'll need for these pics - if any.

DragonArt Series

A mythical phoenix thats perfect for magical/wizard type sims.  I based him more off the European phoenix then the asian feng-huang variety.

Cockatiel


Since 'tiels seem to be a popular cage bird species I tried my hand at making one.  

I wanted to put my RL bird in the game, but since nobody seems to have made a quaker parrot skin yet, I decided to make my own.  This is my first attempt at creating something other then a painting.

Quakers are hearty, talkative little guys.  They would make an excellent companion for a sim.  Real quakers are considerably smaller then I could make them in game, so this guys sort of a jumbo version.  (The real quaker in the pic below is my bird).
