I have Christianlov's Simbotique Clothing rack. When I change the an npc's clothes they change back to their original clothing. Is there a way to stop it ?

A couple years back I found a clothing rack you can buy where you can summon neighbors npcs and townies to come to your property to change clothing. Does anyone have that perchance ?
