This is my first upload, so tell me if I missed something... I do that...

I called this 52 Dee Avenue, for no reason. It costs 21,233 simoleons, and as I only have Sims 2, anyone can use it...

No CC used, I haven't downloaded any, so there shouldn't be. Um. Yeah.

First floor -
One big room (kitchen, dining room, living room)
One bathroom
A hallway with a good bit of space free (office?)
A kids bathroom

Second floor -
A hallway, with a bit of space
Two bedrooms, one smaller than the other
One bathroom
A balcony, for decoration purposes only, unless your sims can teleport (ie, you have the insimenator)

I haven't furnished it at all, but I have included some pictures of how I furnished it in the end (I built it for one of my sims families, and just randomly decided to upload it)
