I have a question about a custom vehicle I downloaded. I have put the item into my downloads folder however the vehicle never shows up. The file is 754 KB in size originally, but after exiting the game, the file is reduced to 1 KB. I don't have a clue at this point as to what to do. I tried to change the file to a 'read-only' state, which resulted in the game failing to load. Anyone know what to do?

The vehicle in question is Maximum_Spider's 2009 Chevy Camaro.

I am sorry for my first post being a "Help" question, but I have searched the forums for an answer and either it hasn't been asked, or I haven't searched for the right terms.

I created a Nightclub that I was trying to re-model and noticed the NPC Mrs. Crumplebottom, or whatever the old hag's name is running around inside my business. I closed the business, sent the employees home, and let the game run for about 20 mins, and she is still on the lot. What is worse is that the command to "Say Goodbye..." isn't showing up. Now, when I attempt to open my business, she keeps going from customer to customer and constantly lecturing them, causing my business score to drop. Without hacks or mods, how do I get rid of her? I am open to suggestions of hacks and mods, just prefer other options first. Thanks in advanced for any info anyone can give me.
