This one was my first flat I built after I got tired of the standard ones that came with Apartment Life expansion.
It's designed for singles and couples or sims with a small budget and it have the same style as my Whitestone Flats.

Here are a second another flat from me!
The building is from SC Societies and it's one of my favorite buildings.

The flat are designed for single and couple sims. It have more space than my Urban Flats and now you don't have to share the bathroom with everyone else in the building

I have desided to share some buildings that i have created, this is my first one
Copied the building from SimCity Societies and tried to build it in ts2.

The flats are really small (5x5) but they are built for sims that have a small budget or have other reasons why they can't live in a bigger place
