EDIT: Current status:
Yesterday I uninstalled ALL my games, then reinstalled them. I installed Free Time as well, so now I have University, Nightlife, Pets, and Free Time. Then I put in ONLY some of my downloads - a few hairs, a few makeups, a few skin tones, and Insimenator. And Insimenator is STILL not showing up in my game ANYWHERE. However, it is working seamlessly on my sister's computer (she has University, OFB, Nightlife, Pets, and Bon Voyage).

I thought the issue was the version of Insimenator I was using, or maybe the fact that I don't have Bon Voyage and OFB. But I don't know. Oh well, thanks for trying.

I just installed Sims 2 on this computer yesterday. I installed the base game, University, Open For Business, and Bon Voyage. Today I downloaded Insimenator version 2.9 but it didn't work, so I deleted it and put in version 2.5.
It worked fine for a little while, but now my game shuts down when it's only been open a few minutes. So then I deleted the Insimenator file out of my downloads folder (I have no other custom content), but the game is still crashing a few minutes after being turned on.

Is there a way I can fix this WITHOUT uninstalling and reinstalling?
