I've looked everywhere and I just don't have the skill to do this myself.

I've already got the jumpsuits (A very simple recolor of the exterminator's outfit), and a
belt mesh I downloaded from MTS, but nobody ever made a proton pack. While I understand
it's a very complex model, I'd be willing to settle for a wearable version of the simvac (without
animation of course).

There are proton pack models out there though that you might be a able to use and convert though.
