I was wondering if someone could turn me into a sim. I've tried by myself but all my attempts are like a garbage!

Hi there!  
From different days I am trying to create a sim version of Serj Tankian, the frontman of the System of a Down.
But, unfortunately, thanks to my NON EXISTENT ability, I'm literally going crazy 'cause I can't creating a decent thing!!!
Someone of you could help me making it for me, PLEASEEE???
