Hi, just want to ask if its possible to hide some items from residential lot buy mode,
and make it only available on community lots (business owned lots). If yes, how can i possibly do this?

Hi ive been looking for a mod that will hide the "walk to lot" option on the pie menu when you click your sims.  
And also the "grocery delivery" option on the phone.
Can anyone please make this for me? I dont know if it takes time to do this, but i really want this so badly. So please? Thank you in advance.

Edit: By the way, i have all the EP's and SP's.
