1  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / OFB for Dummies --Bakery Help requested. on: February 08, 2007, 11:21:39 pm
Ok
I have just gotten around to actually attempting to "Play" my OFB portion of the Sims and decided to run the bakery.  Now I had gone onto shops (toy & flower) and was successful.  But I can not seem to successfully run a bakery.  My sims has about twenty baked good in their inventory but can not seem to restore the shelves. And although whole cakes are available for sale in the pre-made bakery you can put different cakes and set them for sale.  Also why can you not take the cake home and serve it to your family?  Now am I missing something or has my head been in the custom content clouds so long I can't grasp this game.

I've spent so much time trying to get the darn thing to run with hacks and patches the acutally "playing" of the game is now lost one me.

Anyone have a tip on just how to run a succesful bakery?

2  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Looking for the problem with the mailbox on: February 05, 2007, 08:08:13 pm
hello everyone

I'm hoping (dude I'm praying) someone out there has encountered.

This problem occured last couple of weeks and I need help to narrow the search for a object that has caused my mailbox to have all the boolprop testingcheasts option.  My game has crashed since this option has been on the mailboxes and after 3 days and a total of 20 hours with removing and restoring all custom content I have not found the problem.

After all the problem with pets and adding and subtracting after the holidays my game was FINALLY working as a game and not a test in my sanity.  and then the mailbox thing just had to go and ruin it.

I'm at my wits end and I'm a custom content addict but this one is about to cure me.  I've run the hack scan and cleaner and have not been able to indentify the object that was added to cause the problem.

If you out there have had this happen and you know what object or house it came with PLEASE...PLEASE.....let me know.  I just can't do this for another day or I'll crack!!!

Thanks
LilPooh
