This is the first house I've ever uploaded to this site...so if I've done anything wrong please tell me what and how to do it right, and don't be too harsh if you think my house sucks
 
This is a fairly simple house, ideal for families of 4, you could fit more, but it would start to get a little cozy.

I'm not positve what all expansion packs are needed for it...I know Nightlife and Pets for sure...forgive me if there's anything else...
