This is small, modern, house with light frame construction for 2+1 sims. On ground level is recreation place with a swimming-pool, a gazebo and a jacuzzi. On second floor is living space -a livingroom, a kitchen with a diningroom, two bedroom and two, small bathroom. This package include only 3 custom objects.

Required: University, NL, OFB, Glamour.

It's my remake of medium lot "Rdzeń" from Downtown. Sculpture on front - Combination of a water - jet and pillar is a symbol of natural earth energy.

This is full version of Rdzen - lot not included non-maxis's objects. It's "clean". You need The Sims2 and extension pack - University, NL OFB and Glmour.

Sorry, my english is very poor.

One question - I have a problem. And I have installed Saesons and 6.0 CEP from MTS2. But recolours of original maxis's objects not wanted to pack for Sims2Pack. Recolors of creator's meshes pack without problems.
