Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / taxis wont pick me up!!!!

okay this is weird i havent downloaded anything in soooooo long, but now i have BV, everything is find with the game until i start waiting for my shuttle/taxi to pick me up.... i see it pass my hoouse but it never stops, so i havent been able to go on vacation...anyone have this problem too? HEP ME PLEASE:crybaby:

this is sooooo frustrating i dont know why but for some reason my pets wont go to work. this is the first time this has ever happened, and im almost positive that i havent downloaded anything for the pets.... please help asap!!!
