I looked on MTS and couldn't find one. Usually they are really good at having decorations, so I'm not sure where else to look with this.

What I'm trying to find is either a readable or decorative "What to Expect When You're Expecting" book, or any other pregnancy books. I have no idea where to find them. Any help?

Hi Everyone. I'm working on a story and I have been using pose boxes for the pictures. I have one problem. I have a moment where my sim is doing a lying down pose but she needs to be on a bed at the same time. I tried to use the "moveObjects on" to just move her, but instead of going onto the bed, she just moved onto the floor underneath.

So I tried to use one of the One More Slot things, but she won't go on top of it when I try to  move her. She just stays on the floor and the post for the OMSP goes through her stomach.

Any help on how I can get this to work right?

Confessions of Ashlee: Introduction


Let me introduce myself. My name is Ashlee Dawson. I’m 17, the eldest of five children and I have had to practically be “mommy” to the others from the time I was just a little girl. My mom, Nadya, was always too busy living her life for herself. She wanted to have a big family, but she wanted to be able to still act like a teenager as well. You can’t mix those two wants and have it come out right.


She doesn’t have a career. She hasn’t worked for almost 10 years. She has been collecting disability ever since she got into a car accident and broke her hip. She says it bothers her all the time, but I’m not blind. I see my mom for what she really is, a simply lazy woman. She has enough strength to run around and have fun with friends, shop and go to salons, but her hip mysteriously hurts her when the time comes to do any work, even around the house. She sustains our household with her disability money, child support checks, and different government assistance programs. Yes, it’s embarrassing but there isn’t anything I can do about it until I move out on my own.


I used to have a part-time job during the summer last year but it didn’t last long. My mom insisted that I quit because she ‘needed help’ with my siblings at the time: 13 year old Aubrey, 6 year old Adam and 1 year old Abbey. Being a back-up mom has really made it to where I do not want to have children of my own for a long time. As soon as Aubrey got old enough to help take care of her brother and sister, I had a dark period start in my life where I went out drinking and partying all the time. It took me some time before I realized how unfair this was to Aubrey and how I had thrown her right into the position I hated being in myself. So I soon put that irresponsible part of myself away, and promised to be a better example for my siblings, who looked up to me. Try as I did, life still took a downward turn from that point.


P.S. Mods, are the sizes of the pics okay? Photobucket either made me keep them at 300 something or change them to a bigger size, and if I wanted them a size bigger, I had to go with 640X400. I'm not sure how to get them at exactly 600.

I searched the SimsWiki site. I'm doing a story and I found a couple conversation ones that would help. But I am also looking for any poses pertaining to pregnancy, labor or abuse. I have seen a few poses used in stories for when a sim is in labor, and I have the depression box for after effects of abuse. Anything extra helps. Like I said, I looked around and couldn't find anything for pregnancy or labor.

Hi Everyone.

I like to make skintones on Bodyshop, and they usually have tattoos on them. Sometimes I have tattoos that are under clothes and they are hard to correctly place when the males are dressed in a tank-top and shorts.

This also happens when I am making necklaces and the sim females often times show up wearing a fluffy sweater that I can't see my work through. Is there any tool that I can use that will make my sims clothing-less only when I am creating skintones and accessories?

These were requested by lovelygoth a couple days ago and I thought they would be really cute. They are Maxis textured, with HatchetMan and HatchetGirl logos across the fronts. I left the logos light enough to where you can still see the buttons through them. They are for boys or girls, and work as pjs or everyday clothes for your toddlers.

I'm planning on making a swimming suit for pregnant TF that looks exactly like this one that I found in an online picture.


I found Kalynn06's tunic mesh, but the skirt was too long to make what I was trying to get. I was going to ask her if I could request shortening the skirt-part of her mesh, but I can't get ahold of her here because her inbox is full and she hasn't been on MTS since April. So I have no way of contacting her.

Then I thought about the Bigger Preg Belly (http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,68991.0.html)and I actually like that mesh more anywho. Plus it has Sexy Feet and flipflops that already come with it. So it would be perfect for my request.

I wanted to know if it was possible for anyone to add an alpha skirt to the mesh, and I can shorten the length and recolor it on my own to make the swimwear I wanted. I don't know how this works with pregnant meshes, if alpha skirts get messed up when the bump shows. I have no idea if it can be done or not. The outfits on the thread have alpha editable pants. I don't know if a skirt would act differently or not. If it can be done, I would appreciate it greatly. I can do the recolor by myself, I just need the mesh.

I found one or two over at MTS but they were colored girly or the link to the mesh was no longer in service. I am looking for any type of bassinette colored for boy babies, like white or blue. Does anyone know where I can find one? There seems to be an endless supply of cribs, but not many bassinettes.

Most people probably won't know who she is, but Heidi was a Madam in California for a time, before she was arrested for Tax Evasion/Fraud. Her employees were frequented by Hollywood stars, most famously Charlie Sheen, as well as numerous politicians. She wrote the book "Pandering" and owns a nightclub close to where I live. She goes to my husband's work from time to time, and I am a fan of hers I guess you could say. She seems like a pretty cool chick.

I tried to make her myself, but the way her head is shaped, I can't seem to get it even close on bodyshop. So, I figured I would put up a request for her, see if anyone wants to take a stab at it. I would really appreciate it. I look forward to having her in my game.

Hi Everyone!
I'm requesting another skirt. I found some alpha skirts that I was able to make a short plaid skirt out of, but none of them have big, clunky tennis shoes like BlooM's.

So, I am requesting this short skirt for TF, with tennis shoes (similar to BlooM's). I don't care about the hip size or anything. Though I would prefer the skirt to have knee socks with it, and be pleated in texture, but that isn't something that I 100% need. Just whatever you're willing to do.

Has anyone made a replacement for the ugly community pay phone? Preferably something that looks like a real payphone would be nice. Does anyone know where I can find one?
