Note:  
Once started dance auto sim will be dance till almost half-life condition.
In case with uploaded here(Versions A,B,C) mods installed it cannot be possible,because more reasonable than EAdef thresholds(Checks)for Motives Hunger,Comfort and Energy will not allow sims to dance auto too long.
But...
Side Effect possible:This mod also reduce attraction to some other objects in game not linked to dances only.
For example for Telescope,Pool Table,Bowling this "Fun Object Motives Check"(the same procedure)using too.So,if you'll find(notice)that some interactions(you like) became less attractive or non auto at all-use only Version A,or try LessAttractive_Dances version,or Noauto version,or don't use any of these mods.

Version A : Attraction to dance or join dance auto will be reduced approx.for 15%-20%.Any sim(playable or not)still can start dancing auto or join auto,but will not be dancing too long time.
Personality with more faster comfort decay(more lazy obviously)have less chance for autonomy.
I recommend this one at first if you and your sim want to learn local dances.
For access to autonomy sim's motive comfort bar must be almost 3/4 full.

Version B : Attraction to dance or join dance auto will be reduced approx.for 40%-50%.Chance for start or join dance auto is low,but autonomy still allowed for all sims.
For access to autonomy sim's motives Hunger and Comfort bar must be almost 3/4 full.

Version C :Attraction to dance or join dance auto will be reduced approx.for 60%-70%.Almost no chance for start or join dance auto.

LessAttractive_Dances(still need more testing).
Another procedure based and linked only to dances including solo dance test too.I've tested in my game and can say that results not much satisfied and Version A is more preferable for me.
But...If you want you can try this one too and than to select mod(or version)that you like more.

Noauto_hula&slap&smustle-Don't allow start Hula,Slap or Smustle auto,
but still allow auto Dance Solo and auto join Hula/Slap/Smustle if dance was started by playable sim.But this version don't allow to learn local dances.

Use only one of them!

Horde of tourists and local guests(arrived with BV)on commonity lots sometimes not a very big pleasure not only for
my sims,but for me too.
So,I decided to change something in simplest way.
By default,game allow say goodbye to visitors mainly(or only)on residential,dorms,owned Business lots.
This mod allow to say Goodbye(Ask to leave)to any visitors on community(Non Business,Non Hotel)lots.Seems may be very useful while delicate romantic situations on comm.lots too.
And,of coarse your sim now can say "Goodbye to Everyone"-best and fast way to replace"whole set"of
visitors on community lot.

Unzip and put in your Downloads.

Why university must be "closed zone",is it some kind of secret military research center or what?...
This mod allow townies to visit university subhood as walkbys and allow YA(students)to visit any sub or main hoods as walkbys too.

Contain SS lot check(zoning type check).

This mod fix hotel roomservice problem with the food disappearing in NPC's hand,if your sim trying to order food using roomservice more than one time.

Known issue:if more than 1 bellhop on hotel lot appeared-roomservice may not work at all(even with fix installed).It is extra NPC spawning problem,that produce break point for roomservice procedure.

I'm sure that almost everyone still have "memories loss" problem in game,even with "no memoryloss"mods installed.
Memory loss probleme is one of wellknown game issue that can be provoked in few different ways(mainly while move in/move out(using teleporter)).
So,I've decided that maybe will be better to keep all memories for all sims.

This mod prevent to clear any memories from any sim(playable or npc).
No more move in/move out amnesia(via teleporter too)see pic 1-4,and as obviously no more Squinge's "Townie no memory loss"or other similar mods needed.
With mod installed you can transform any playable sim to townie or downtownie(via teleporter)and no more loss any sim memories.

Tested(move in normal and via Inge's teleporter/move out via teleporter and Syberspunks growuptownies mod in UNI) for main hood/downtown/dorms/greekhouse - no any problem found.

This mod make relationships between sims more harder.
Features:
More negative results from conversations(interest based),because interest threshold was changed.(For better effect do not raise all interest levels of your sims to maximum-leave some of interest levels below 5 of 10).  
Long time relations(LTR)value was decreased and now fall in love
or make best friend will be not so easy for your sims.
First time greet and initial contact relations for townies & downtownies is 0/0.
More advertising for irritation interactions.
Required rel levels for fights and irritations changed.Grouchy sim(or sims in bad mood) can have more chances for irritation interactions.
Update:
STR(short time relations)values while conversations(using phone too) and some other interactions decreased.
Required relations for play/entertain interactions changed(now NPC can play or entertain mostly if relations is in positive range(>0).If relationships is negative(<0) ,in this case NPC and playable(autonomous) sim can use mainly talk/irritate/fight/prank interactions.
Fixed some minor bugs for interest based interactions relationships.
Accept/reject threshold was changed.
So,all these changes can help to bring(a little)more realism in your game.

This mod reschedule walkbys to another time schedule and add 5 more walkbys to 4 E.A. default.
New walkbys time schedule:
1-8:00
2-9:00
3-11:00
4-13:00
5-14:00(as E.A. default)
6-15:00
7-17:00
8-18:00(as E.A. default)
9-19:00
The conception is simple:
I've tried to fill "time holes" when game not spawn any walkbys(or mailboy,maid,gardener.etc..)

Rescheduled dorm lots walkbys:

7:00,9:00,11:00,13:00,15:00,17:00,18:00
+3 walkbys more.
You can use both mods simultaneously.

Wants & Fears Retuning for Seasons
Main Features:
Win Fight Want can appear for almost any aspiration from teens to elders.
More often for Popularity,Wealth & Pleasure Asp,and for Grouchy,Neat,Outgoing & Active characters.
Win Fight with subject Want can appear when relations with subject in range from -75 to -100.
Lose Fight Fear can appear for almost any aspiration from teens to elders.
Win Fight & Win Fight with subject wants can appears more often on community lots.
Chance for bladder and energy failure fears increased for any aspiration.

New Features(v1.1):

Throw Party Section was Retuned & Expanded:
Added:
Entertain,Play,Talk Wants.(More choices while Party)

Pillow fight and hang out Wants lightly decreased.
Influence Wants lightly decreased.

For EP4(Pets):
! Be Sprayed by Skunk Fear - decreased to minimum.
