You Can:
- Recolour. (Link to the original thread and credit to me is needed. No need to ask me for Permission.)
- Post your recolours on other websites. (Just PM me the link to the site where they are posted.)
- Include them with Sims.
- Post them with your sims on other websites.
You Can't:
- Post them on Paysites/EXCANGE
