Well, looky here! its a starter lot! i cant believe that i actually did a decent starter home...



It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and each bedroom has its own closet. the landing is also quite large and has a closet and access to the terrace above the garage



On the first floor is a living/dining room, a kitchen, and an entrance hall with access to the garage

thats it...im starting on a project which consists of remodeling my San Remo house into a 20's italianate beachhouse, and that should be done soon...so if anyone has any requests, i will try my hardest to do them...ohh, and i realized that if you like my houses, but cant download them because of all the ep's and sp's, you can use clean installer to download it

Wow, am i on a building spree or what?

Erected in 1930, on Central Park West, the San Remo was the FIRST Twin-Towered Skyscraper, which only the year before allowed with the Multiple Dwelling Act. Our story begins with the towers themselves, or more specifically, the 14 room duplexes at the very top.



This Glamourous Residence was built from a small drawing of the floor plan for the duplex in the right tower that truly just inspired me, and actually, this version is a remake of an earlier version i built that only required the base game. It has Four main bedrooms, each with closets and bathrooms, two of which feature dressing rooms, it also has three servants bedrooms. Six full bathrooms, and three half-baths. its lightly furnished just because most sims arent smart enough to figure out which dining room is used for what and stuff lol. the living room is ENOURMOUS, it easily could be made into two spacious rooms, there is a Library, Breakfast Room, and Dining Salon. Also, besides the Grand Staircase in the foyer, there is an elevator and a service staircase, with room for a service elevator.

Everyone knows this little house, down the street from Darren Dreamer's house


and it just seems to sit there, on a decent sized lot, but with an unlivable plan...UNTIL TODAY!!! YAY!!!

My mom just reformatted my computer without telling me, she said it was because the sims wasnt running fast enough for her, i told her to play it on her machine, and i got yelled at, BUT thats not the point. the point it that i have a fresh, new sims game and i have decided it is my duty to rebuild and remodel the vacant houses of Pleasantview, Strangetown, and Veronaville, and 255 Main Street is my first victim...i mean project


What i basically did was add a sunroom to the rear, enlarge the 1st floor bathroom, add a large livingroom/library on the first floor, and on the second floor i enlarged the two bedrooms and gave them bathrooms. Outside, i gave it a driveway with room for two cars, and fenced in the yard


It isnt furnished, and its done in a very neutral palette, because i know i generally just redecorate the houses i download lol

i always fancied that this is what a small italian country villa would look like, and it has a very simple and playtested plan.


the villa is very private, and has a two car gravelled motor court


also theres the lowered lap pool


the rear of the house has two balconys


and the master bedroom is luxuriously furnished

i built this house a while back when i was looking through a house plan book from the early 80's, and i got the urge to build, so i modified it a lil bit, and i came up with this:


it features

- a large kitchen and dinette
- a large diningroom with access to the yard
- a large livingroom/foyer
