A Huge BodyBuilder nude pants with no bulge (or briefs with no bulge) and loose fitting T shirt for HBB

I know that the base mesh is linked to some skins, and I have a mesh in my folder that is a lower half with no bulge, but I don't know how to put it into body shop and make it into clothing
