icon comes up in corner then just disapears and taxis never turn up can anyone help?

i cant belive they put this game back to  june seams a life time away, come on sims 3 people whats the blooy hold up

i followed  tutorial it worked but when i come to move my sims in it says no apartments avalable what a load of hassel all i wanted was simple beach lot.
i got it working but when you loadfamily the sea isalways above the beach very strange

i cant build an apartment it just shows up as normal house, wanted a nice beach apartment but is not working, downloaded some from sims2 site but something is wrong with water its obove the beach very strange getting   very mad now

yes you r right my fish dont show up in tank so this is y i never new that thought i was a glitch in expantion pack thanx for your help

just what ive been waiting for but just tried it in game and flipflops dont have any colour, and feet on my sim are a funny colour can u help please
