You could try digging in the same hole over and over.I just starting doing this and my sims are finding lot's of stuff.I used to have them dig here and there , lol but i read this in a thread somewhere that you can keep digging in the same whole,pretty neat eh? Thank you!! I found it. He had to dig the same hole about 20 times but it paid off. His memento collection is now complete :lol: |

I've had Bon Voyage since it first came out and I still haven't seen the witch doctor, old wiseman, or Bigfoot. However, I haven't really looked for them either.  Once you've dug up the 3 different maps, choose to go to a community lot and depending which vacation area you're in it shows the hidden lots name with a question mark next to it, and thats where you find them :smile: |

Ok, call be stupid, but I cant for the life of me get the sun tile flooring to make the shape of the Sun, I just end up with all 4 corners of it pointing in the same direction!! I did once have three parts of the sun facing the right way but could i get the fourth one right? NO I couldnt! Plus I have absolutely no idea how i got the 3 pieces of it in the right place anyway! Same problem with the Vine Carpet of Autumn. I cant get it round the edge of my rooms, or make the pattern in the middle!! I want to pick the tiles up and turn them round but of course you cant do that. I'm sure there's a simple answer, but I'm unable to find it!! Would really appreciate anyones help :smile:

It's definitely the 2.5 version that's not allowing me to do a lot of things. I can't build snowmen, snow angels, no fishing, catching butterflies or fireflies. I hope they make an update soon!!! Deejaye, after reading another thread i uninstalled the 2.5 for NL I'd just installed, and installed the OBJ version instead. I can now build snowmen and angels, catch fish, butterflies and fireflies which i couldnt do b4. Maybe give it a try?? :smile: |

It's definitely the 2.5 version that's not allowing me to do a lot of things. I can't build snowmen, snow angels, no fishing, catching butterflies or fireflies. I hope they make an update soon!!! Glad someone's having the same problems as me (sorry lol) i got the 2.5 version the other night and thought it had solved all my problems experienced with 2.4 but like you I can't build snowmen or snow angels. I can fish but not tried catching butterflies or fireflies as I'm still in winter. Dont understand why 2.5 seems to work fine for some people and not for others. Looks like we'll just have to be patient and wait for a newer verson :lol: |
