A while ago I downloaded a sim house which included a pool. The pool was right up against the house and there was a window on the basement wall that allowed you to see sims swimming while being in the basement. My question is how would I go about doing this. How can I make it so that my pool can be place right against the house and how can i put a window in so that you can see underwater in the basement?

I know there is something in the insimenator that allows you to stop relationship decay, but i can't find which insimenator object does that. If anyone one knows what i'm talking about and which object allows you to stop relationship decay that be great. Thanks

So heres what happens..I have click on a phone to have a sim make a call, but when he get to the phone he just picks it up then puts it right back on the hook without ever making the call...If anyone knows any possible mods that may cause this or another reason that this is happening that'd be great. I know that i don't have any phone hacks

Since I've gotten Apartment life, I've noticed that the foundations on some of the house and apartments in the new neighborhood have steeper foundations. What I mean is the foundations are a lot higher off the ground then normal. If a picture is necessary I can try and obtain one, but if someone knows what I'm talking about and knows how to create such foundations I would be very thankful to know how, thank you.

I dunno why, but its not letting me click on the phone at all in my apartment. any ideas why and how to fix it?

When playing an apartment building the doored closets do not show up in the catalogue. They show up in the actual game, closets that have been previously placed, but even when i try to use the eye dropper tool it doesn't find them in the catalogue. Any ideas why this is?

Ok so I hire a butler, he does his cleaning and other chores but then when he comes back the next day he just stands there and does nothing and he does the same each day he comes. And its obvious that there is stuff to be done when there is garbage on the ground right in front of him and he doesn't pic it up. Could this be conflicting with a mod? or is it a game problem. If it is conflicting with a mod and somebody has had this same problem and figured out which mod it is, it would be much appreciated if you let me know. O and also I end of firing the butler and when i do that an object error occurs that says "controller - Butler". if someone could help me that would be great thanks

What cheat do u use to be able to put a pool right up against a foundation and then put a window so the people in the basement can see inside the pool

I have downloaded many Tv's and computers, but not all of them have the options they should for expansion packs such as freetime. Is there any easy way to update computers/tv's so that they have the options such as "watch Movie" or "buy vacation home"...if so i would like to know...Thanks

Is there any way to change the style of clothing that exist's when trying to make custom clothes with the sewing machine?

Ok so I wasn't sure which forum to post this in and i will explain why. I have a Mac book and recently purchased VMware Fusion so i could run windows on my mac. I did this because I have mostly all of the Sims games on a PC platform and i don't feel like spending my money on all the ones for mac. I went into windows XP on my mac and was able to download The Sims, university, nightlife, and open for business with no problems. But then i tried installing family fun stuff, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, and Freetime and they all had the same effect. They all caused the neighborhood to flash purple and they caused the walls in the actual houses to flash red. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling each game individually, but nothing worked. I even tried downloading the patches, but that didn't work either. I don't understand the problem because when I ran the copy of seasons that i have for my mac it worked just fine. If any one could help me it would be much appreciated. Also if any more details are needed to understand my problem I'll be sure to give them. Thanks

I Move into a house....set up all the furniture....then go and attempt to make a meal but come to find that my options of what I can make are limited to a chef salad and an instant meal. All my sims have Max cook skill. I've tried moving them out then back in. Any one have any ideas how to fix this
