Okay I attempted to make another home MAXIS ONLY and this time I didn't put any pet's stuff in it because I know not very many people have been able to pick it up yet (I was one of the major geeks that pre-ordered it from GameStop about 6 months ago! o_0 ). Anywho, I've been loving all the simple contemporary houses that all you wonderful people have been making and it inspired me to try to make my own.

You will need all EPs EXCEPT Pets for this download (UNI, NL, OFB). Since when I installed pets my GL was uninstalled, I don't think you'll need GL or FFS because I don't believe I used any of those items either.

Features:

• It's on a medium lot, 4x3.
• It costs 173,604 simoleans.
• It comes fully furnished, with Maxis-only content.
• It has a sort of "ranch style" layout, only it's two stories.
• There is two-car parking; the first spot is covered parking.
• There is a pool in the backyard with a large pond taking up the rest of the yard.
• Two large balconies, one in the front, overlooking the entrance and one in the back overlooking their pond.
• The front balcony has a BBQ and table set, and some creativity skill buiding items.
• The back balcony is for recreation, with pool table, jukebox and chess table.
• The first floor has a very open layout. The first floor consists of the grand entrance, an open kitchen/dining/living room, a bathroom, a small study nook and a gym. Oh and, lovely double-wide stairs to the next floor.
• The second floor has a large recreational room - with DJ Station, Jacuzzi and pretty lights. It also has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, and a nursery/children's room.

Sorry about the image quality/creativity. I forgot to change the picture quality of images back to high when I installed the new EP, AND I took pictures while in build mode so there's thos ugly squares all over the place. PLUS I don't have my lovely camera mod in there anymore, so I can't get the angles/closeness I want.

I hope you like it!

I created this house without the intention of uploading it. In fact, I've never upoaded anything before, besides my self-sim!! *eep*  I packaged the house because I knew I'd want it in all neighborhoods to come. After I played it... oh man! It plays well. I made it with ALL MAXIS ONLY stuff, because I decided to start over on my DLs with this EP. My downloads folder before was 3.2 MB. Yeah... I think I had an addiction. It's just that there are so many beautiful things out there... gah!

Anywho, I took some crappy pictures of the house after playing it because I thought some of you many enjoy a download with no hacked/modified content in it, if you're running Pets. I made sure to use a lot of new Pets items so I could use the EP for all it's worth (rofl). It may satisfy the DL urge without having to deal with all the flashy blue stuff that comes along with meshes no longer working with the new EP.

I've inlcuded two versions - one vacant and one occupied. This family is Maxis-only as well. There is a married couple and their two Labs. I took the liberty of training the dogs for you. The dogs have a wonderful relationship... so who knows... she may give birth to a few cute lil' pups soon!

Just in case it wasn't clear, PETS and NL ARE MOST DEFINITELY REQ'D for this download.

I have every other EP/stuff pack too, so if you don't, there may (or may not) be a few discrepancies. Let me know which combinations do and do not work so that I can edit this post to reflect that.

::Edit:: I totally forgot to actually describe the house, ROFL. It's very spacious (more space to play with the pets!). The first floor consists of a grand entrance, kitchen with dining, livingroom, a bathroom and a Pets room. The second floor has two large bedrooms w/  desks and computers, a nursery, study, a bathroom and an entertainment room. It's all very colorful and contemporary.

I figured, what better way to introduce myself than through a self-sim! Surprisingly this is my first self sim. (Surprising because I've been playing like crazy since Sims 1!) Anywho, this is me. I have some "real" pictures as well.
It's not exact but eh, close enough. I used a ton of other people's stuff, hopefully my list is complete. I download from everywhere! Mostly from TS2, here, MTS2, etc.
