Villa Doti is my favorite house. Its fully play tested,with landscaped gardens and a beautiful raised pool terrace. The interior is light, airy and spacious,with room for a growing family.It has a rustic style,with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but you can easily create more. This house has an authentic feel, I WOULD LOVE TO LIVE HERE!
You need seasons and BV only.
Please note: this house is packaged as unfurnished.

Just done a bit of research for you....
Flashing blue will happen if you are missing an EP.It could also be due to an outdated version of CEP.You need to have CEP installed to see recolors.
The bv lot not placeable may be due to a different terrain than it was built on.beach lots dont flatten out like the others.

This lot was fully tested before uploading.I downloaded on my daiughters pc and placed it just fine.as i said earlier.there are some issues with placing a bv lot once it has been removed,or so i understand!
I cant go in game or repackage as ive spilt coffee over my laptop and its busted!

Its in the thread....bv and ofb ( i uninstalled most of mine for space!)

Its the Pottery Barn bathtub,by kansascityrose at the sims resource...im more awake than i feel!!!
