This is William Heden. He's in his second year at Sim State where he's studying physical education, and plays football.  Wil is a warm, easy-going family Sim.  Always active (he grew up on the beach), and running around behind his older brothers Max and Pieter, he's a natural athlete.  Because he's so deliciously gourgeous, he's always got misty-eyed girls throwing themselves at him; but he keeps making terrible mistakes in his quest to find "the one."  Could that special someone be you? Meet brother and sister Alana and Justin Heden.


16-year old Alana, is a tomboy, knowledge sim who is totally unaware of her startling beauty. But her friends (most of whom are boys) are beginning to notice.

Now, her brother Justin (17), is the opposite; a soft-spoken romance sim, he's just discovering the effect his smokey gray-blue eyes and husky voice have on people........and he's learning how to use it.  This teen's even got the housewives on his street salivating. Uh oh!


Alana and Justin's hair is NOT included in their files as they are pay content.  Alana's is by Peggy and Justin's is by Rose.  Also I have not included Justin's beautiful FREE skintone (light) by Eve, as it's only available on the adult site here.  If you don't have access, you can get the Barbie version here. Meet Elisabeth Heden, a fiesty, popularity sim in her final year at Sim State University where she's being studying journalism.  She dreams of hosting her own TV talk show someday. Pieter Heden just graduated from University, and has been signed to play pro football with the Simmiewood Rangers.  An outgoing, popularity Sim he recently broke up with his long-time girlfriend, and he's enjoying the single life (probably a bit too much). But his conservative parents, Thomas (a Congressman) and Mona would really would like to see him settle down, and they're worried that he's been spending way too much time with his musician, older brother Max.  Makes for some interesting conversations over family dinner on Sundays.  His brother Wil is in Sim Hunks, and his sister Elisabeth can be found in Sim Honeys, and teen siblings Alana and Justin are in Sim Families & Groups.

Singer, musician, Max Heden leads his own band [COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]The Factory[/COLOR][/FONT].  They're creating quite a buzz on the club scene in Simmiewood, and are hoping to get signed by a record label soon.  In the meantime though, charming romance sim Max, shares a house with three friends and works as a roadie (Musician career track).  He's a fabulous cook and a decent artist.  He's even got a couple of paintings on display at a local art gallery.  The oldest of six kids of his Congressman dad and stay-at-home mom, he spends quite a bit of time hanging with the folks, and his younger siblings.  His very conservative parents are not too happy about his lifestyle, and keep hoping he'll get a 'real' job, settle down, get married and start a family. NOT! :-P Right now, Max is juggling three loves!  Can you resist those beautiful eyes? Michael Garcia was 22 and about to start medical school, when he took off for a summer backpacking through Europe.  In France, he met the exotic 19-year old, Caribbean beauty, Chaya Sane, who was studying dance in Paris.  They fell madly in love, and she returned to Simmiewood with him. They got married, moved in with his parents, and the babies started coming right away.  They're both still extremely active, keeping in shape by working out together. Micheal is now a top neurosurgeon at Simmiewood Memorial Hospital. Chaya is a stay at home mom who loves painting and playing the piano, and now that most of her brood is out of the house, she's finally started writing a novel.  Their children are in Sim Honeys and Hunks: Marc 26, Carolina 25, Jon 24, Paulina 23, Rob 22, Manny & Christina 21, Michelle 20, Adrianna 19, Antonio 18 and Alejandro 16.

I hate to age my Simmies to elders (hate that slouch), so I use middle-age costume makeup to make them look older.  (I only age them when I figure they're around 60 or so).

A classic beauty: this is nineteen-year old Adrianna Garcia.  Always on the move, Adrianna is the shy one in a rather boisterous family of eleven siblings.  She's a money Sim, with a heart of gold.  She's in her second year at university where she's studying dance.  Adrianna loves junk food, but because she so active: in the dance studio several hours each day, she walks everywhere, and loves swimming, she burns off those calories in quick time. Alejandro is the baby of the Garcia family.  A fun-loving, talkative 16 year old family sim, Alex is a bit of a prankster, but such a charmer he can talk his way out of any scrape.  He's not sure what he wants to do when he's finished school, but he's beginning to feel a bit of pressure from the parental units, as graduation is only a couple of years away.  Will be a doctor like his dad, or go into the arts like his mother?

The fourth of eleven children (including a set of twins), Paulina Garcia teaches at a small kindergarden school around the corner from her parents Simmiewood home.  A family Sim, she wants lots of kids of her own, but she recently broke up with her college boyfriend, who was a popularity sim, far more interested in making new friends and partying, then settling down.  This 23-year old beauty is a real sweetheart, who mothers all her brothers and sisters, who go to her with all their problems.....oh, and she makes killer brownies!

(we all have them).......Bad boys. Uh oh! She keeps her brothers busy, protecting her when she makes yet another bad relationship choice.  I've uploaded Chris as an adult, for those who do not have the University EP.

Jon Garcia is the go-getter in his family.  A money sim, he intends to make it big in the music industry. He worked his way through university as an Assistant to the Second Assistant of one of the Assistant Producers at Simtown Records, and his hard work paid off.  He's now the First Assistant to the Assistant Producer, and he has big plans to make it to the top, if he can just figure out where that is.  But, Jon's got an an eye for raw music talent, and his boss has finally noticed.  Is a key to the executive bathroom in Jon's future? You decide.

Carolina Garcia (pronounced Caro-leena) is an aspiring actress. Right now she's doing commercials, and making fairly good money, but she dreams of being on Broadway.  Forunately she's a friendly, popularity sim, who loves to socialize, and getting ahead in Simmiewood, is all about who you know.  With the right connections, her reasonable talent, and exotic good looks she just might get there, but she needs a little guidance.  Our Carolina loves to sleep in (those late night parties with her brothers don't help).....and she has a little problem getting to work on time.  Does anyone want to take this budding starlet in hand, and manage her career?

I haven't included the Fashion Model skintone in Carolina's file, as they are only available to those who have access to adult sites (because of the little details :-P), and also, I wanted to keep the file-size fairly small and not everyone uses these meshes (though I can't imagine why; they're gourgeous). So if you'd like your sim Carolina to look like my Carolina, you will need to download these and put them in your Downloads folder for her body to look like this. He's a real romantic, but a bit shy, so the poor guy is single! *gasp* Manny's an archaeology undergrad, who shares a house off campus with his older brother, Marc.  He's very close to his twin sister Christina, but she goes to a different university, so they spend tons of time chatting online.  Will you let Manny into your life so he can write poems for you?
