The first picture of Paige is from when she was in Uni and the other is when she was pregnant with either Margot or Ilse. I think it was Margot though.

One other thing, could anyone explain how you get your pictures to be bigger than mine are?

yeah, there's a menu that lets you choose whether you want to choose (single, twins, triplets, quads) or whether you want it to be random or the original number. This comes up when the sim has the baby, so don't worry if you can't find it.
