Resident Creators / EP7 Mods / Re: Mega College Pack - FreeTime - NEW INFO: 2-07-09

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the growing up without a bad memory from having not gone to college (some of my Sims couldn't care less about college) but doesn't having them go to college while still living at home cause some major synching problems age-wise with the rest of the family? I actually would love to be able to have college from within my regular neighborhood, just am trying to figure out how I can make this work like that.
Thanks so much for updating it, though, because one of the reasons I drug my feet not playing for so long is because I hate Sims having a bad memory because they didn't attend college!

I haven't played TS2 much for quite some time so I'm just now getting around to catching up on all the mods for it. This is just absolutely awesome! I don't know how many times I've had a Sim call for a service worker half-dozen times just to try to get the one I wanted to come.

Sims 2 Community Downloads / Custom Objects & Recolors / Seasons Coatrack Retextures
|

New textures for the Seasons coatrack, including a transparent clothes image for a bare coat rack. Since the files are small I put them all into one archive. The clothing and rack textures are separate so if a person decides they don't like a particular color of clothing and would like to delete it, no rack color is going to go missing with it. I hope everyone enjoys them! These are also available at our site, http://www.bogsims.com where I hope to be uploading more color options in the near future. ETA: BogSims is 100% free.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / TS2 Making Magic

I really enjoyed Makin' Magic. After a while going to the lots to get all the ingredients for the spells got to be bothersome so I downloaded mods so I wouldn't have to. Otherwise it would've taken forever to see a beanstalk grow and as it was I never did see one get really big.
I thought the objects in MM were the best! I loved the butter churn, spinning wheel, baking different things, etc.

It's hard to say exactly which site is my favorite because I like so many for different reasons. I love MTS2 because there are some truly awesome and unique creations there. I love this site mainly for Squinge's mods. I have found a few cool objects and clothes here that I've liked but overall the stuff here doesn't suit my taste. I visit TSR on occasion and paid a couple of months worth of subscription a while back to get some of the really awesome stuff.
I've been to many, many sites that people have said, "Oh, they have the greatest stuff there--you've just got to have it!", and maybe I have a better graphic card or something, but too much of the time I get the objects into my game and the meshes are just not quite right or the textures are downright awful.
I am terribly choosy about what I download and even more choosy about what I keep in my game. One huge benefit to this is that it keeps my Downloads folder to a reasonable size. LOL

Resident Creators / EP3 Mods / EP3 Required: In Testing Community Lot Services

Oh, wonderful! I'll try to have a go at this tomorrow. One of my sim has two broken computers in her inventory from her Internet Cafe. I'm getting really tired of having to drag them home and call the repairman there, then having to wait on the repairman before they can head back to the shop.
