This is a global mod, where I modified the following:
- I added Body skill and Fitness in digging.
- I changed the value of "Treasure Chest" from 5000 to random (5000 - 15000).
- Non-stop digging and it will stop if found the water pipe, and it will automatically push "Fill In" interaction.

This is a global hack for Maxis crib where I added a new pie menus "Create Baby With X". An easy way to have a baby with someone if you dont want your sim to get pregnant or go thru pregnancy stages and especially for our elder sims who are became busy building their career and they forgot their lovelife.

How does it work:
If you click it, a selection menu will appear for you to choose from who is a parent 2. Then giving name to baby and afterwards the baby will appear inside the crib, if the crib is taken the baby will appear on the floor.

I used the pregnancy codes here, so memories and satisfy wants are included and the whole process is just like your sim have a baby, I simply skip the pregnancy stages and giving birth and simply snap a baby inside the crib.

And I added a percentage viewing of energy level of a baby in pie menus too.

This is one of my old hack, when I made this my idea was a test tube baby but I'm not good in doing a mesh. So If you're good in meshing and you like the idea of a test tube baby you may use these codes and pls inform me here and I'm happy to download your work. and pls no paysites.

This is a local hack, another controller that will work behind your game that works like the same as my other "Auto Do..." mods.

On a scheduled time one of your sim (selectable) who is awake will do "Serve Meal" task. The default value of scheduled cooking time are 6 (6:00 AM), 11 (11:00AM) and 18 (6:00PM). If you dont like these schedules you can change it in BCONS (use 24hrs time). If you want to disable other schedules, let say you want your sim to cook on luncn only, simply change other schedules to higher than 24.

If you want to assign "Serve Meal" task to one of your sim simply put a "Mode: Live" magazine in her/his inventory.

This is a global mod that would affect "Find Own Place" command from a newspaper or computer and that would allow a single sim (if one sim is living on lot) or the whole family (including pets) to move out. It wont affect partial or individual moving out.
The only purpose of this mod is to allow us to retain or to stay furnitures when moving out the whole family instead of using move out from neighborhood screen where it automatically sell all funitures.

Compatibility: Must have all EPs

Note:
After you moved out the whole family before you save the game to exit the lot I suggest to unpause the game first to let the taxi drive to fade then save and exit. To do this click the pause button (red), to toggle it, on the upper left corner of your screen. If you're not going to do this and if you are going to edit the house you will see that taxi there.

I Included BCON (MQ_View_Compost_Level_BCON.zip) as a separate download, if you want to increase the capacity of Compost bin or if you want to speed up the composting time.
To do this:
1. For increasing the capacity, simply modify line 0x0 using Simpe, Maxis value is 30, my value is 500.
2. For composting time, modify line 0x1, pls take note that the number here is in minute, the Maxis value is 360 minutes, my value is 180 (3 hours).

Yes you may use any version of "Talk to Many" hack.

No it is not as heavy as auto do homework, it will line up a series of commands and will allow your sim to finish first what he is doing. The "day only" version the auto calling of sim will start at 11AM because I copied that from version 1. And that version 1 will skip 7AM and 8AM because I have a vamp sleep caller hack that calls vamp at 7AM and about 8AM to skip students. My original design was like a queue up of a servo or like my wash hands after cleaning toilet hack but I noticed that it's almost as powerful as my auto do homework mod so I changed it to user directed style that will push these commands without interrupting the queued activities. It will not only skips sleeping sims, it will also skips sims who are not present on your lot (at work/school). Thanks everyone.

This is a local hack, a controller that will work behind your game that works like the same as my "Auto Do Homework" hack.
Every three hours this hack will check your garden if it needs care a task (water, tend, spray and talk) will automatically pass a garden commands to one of your sim. The hack will search first servo, if no servo next is plant sim if no plant sim then any selectable sim to do that garden tasks. I included a manual command "Do Seasons Garden" that you can find it in your sim's pie menus in case that you want to do it manually.

This is a global hack where I double the number of yield per plant/tree. This hack will approximately will double the yield per plant/tree because there are other factors that affect it, like season bonus per plant and the crop quality but it will surely increase your yield per plant/tree. These are BCONs that you may edit it through Simpe if you want more.
