1  Sims 2 Community Downloads / Residential / Starter Lane 23 on: December 06, 2007, 11:22:20 am
This house totally rocks. Oh, and you used those stunning spiral stairs! Don't you just love them? A while back I was introduced to them by another builder in this site section.
The layout is very nice and, also very important to me, very playable.

It's a very cute house. I really like the floorplan and it looks very realistic from the outside as well.
In my opinion designing a goodlooking starter isn't easy, so thank you for this cutie.

Very attractive, well done! I wouldn't mind living in a house like that myself!

It's a lovely house! And I love the windows. I use them a lot myself. And it makes for a nice change that no custom content is required. I'm very picky and don't want high poly counts in my game.
I do download houses with custom content, though, if they're too gorgeous to resist. Custom content, however, involves a lot of research on my part to check the poly counts.

I love it! Great job. I think the layout is well thoughtout.
When I build a starter for example, I'm always amazed at how little space you need to build a very complete home. Not that I'm good at building, mind you, but I learned a lot from studying downloaded houses.

Fantastic appartments. I just love the layout. And very realistic with that parking space in between. Great job!

Well done, Margierytka. I've redone several Maxis houses too. And as it happens, I also did the Grunt house, but your garden is much nicer than mine! I suck at gardens.

It's so cute! And I totally agree that the Maxis starters are yuk.
