Yes, funi it is an English forum - but you really shouldn't ask that in a thread about a modification for the game.

Why not introduce yourself in the Inrtoductions area and tell people a little about yourself?

If you were asking if the mod is available in languages other than English, as far as I know there is just the Spanish version as an alternative.
