hmm, I don't understand why the picture isn't showing up!

Hey! Long time, no see! So, I've had this dress sitting around on my computer for a while, un-shared, so I thought today that I would upload it (and share!)!
It's Carlotta's "Masquerade" Dress from the Phantom of the Opera; better/clearer pictures of it to come.

This is the red taffeta dress that Georgiana Cavendash (Keira Knightley), the Duchess of Devonshire, wears to a party in the recent movie, The Duchess. The costume designer (I forget his name, Michael something?) calls it the "drunken dress".

This is one of the masquerade dresses from Sweeney Todd the Demon Barber of Fleet Street, worn by an extra. The dress also has a lovely under garment (with corset!), which I have recoloured as well.

this is really neat

I don't know what the problem is; I have re-packaged and uploaded the new package, if that was the problem. If it's still mess up, I have no idea what to do.
I have also tried downloading and un-packaging what I just uploaded, and it works fine on my computer.

This is a requested sim based on a lovely painting by Victoria Frances. I love the gothic and dark colours used. I didn't know exactly how to do her face; sometimes when I look at the painting, her expression is almost angry, while at other times her expression is melancholy. So she has a somewhat sad expression. I forgot to get a picture of her back, but the dress is a laced-up corset.

I (the fangirl that I am) second this request!

Here is an attempt at the masquerade costume that Judge Turpin wore during Sweeney Todd the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Or, it could be any gothic/victorianesque outfit for your dark sims. I do admit to being a bit rushed (by myself) with this outfit, and I apologize for the sloppy shoes (I can never figure those things out!).

I included a picture of Turpin wearing the costume in the movie, but he wears that coat over it everytime he is shown I did, however, find some exhibit photos that showed me the costume under the coat. (Technically, the coat is part of the costume, but I found it a little boring in comparison with the rest of the costume, and did not include it)
