Could someone please make a mod to restrict book reading to sims with fun below 50%, preferably the 50% should be customizable? I have resorted to turn bookshelves towards the wall, or else all my sims will read through a party, the night, etc, even when there are plenty of other opportunities to raise fun.
It should be for AL / MG.

Simply, I would like sims who are at work/school/on vacation not to appear as
-walkbies on home lots
-customers on business lots
-visitors on community lots.   

Would be nice if it was compatible with Pescado's customer selector and TJ's Visitor Controller, but if not, no problem.
