I uploaded my Legacy family because their kids turned out cute. Zoe is the founder, she married Miles and has two kids Joe and Joli. She is now pregnant with her third kid.

Your sim has to change the appearance of the pet. Click on the mirror and choose change pet's appearance and the pet will go to the bathroom and you can put their collar on them.
