I was wondering if anyone would happen to know where I can find a furnace or a water heater to use with the Sims3?

Curious to know if anyone knows where I might find if this has been created as of yet Gutters and Spouting. 

I have used that cheat before but never have seen a gage bar where do I find that at? I was looking at  NRAA's super computer it seems good but also would be more time consuming I think also.

I know in the sims2 there was a mod for this I used this much of the time.  Is there a mod that is available to keep your friendships stableized and optomized without the relations decreasing?  I have been looking for a mod like this but haven't found any as of yet.

Although probably to early to ask this question, are there any Sim3 sites out there as of yet, besides MTS?  Although the Sims store is open, are there any free sites for Sims3?

Where can I find childrens bedroom sets or bedding or if anyone knows where I can find the bedroom sets that were similar or the same as Sims Squirsts boys and girls bedrooms, mostly I am looking for children bedding. 

I would like to know if anyone has the beginning of the tutatorial, this was what I used when converting files using blooms sexy feet.  I have been searching for it or something similar to no prevail.

The tutatorial does not work, it was a tutatorial of converting clothes to meshes.   I used this tutatorial when I was switching the block feet to the shoes and feet from Bloom, but the tutatorial no longer functions.

Maybe someone can help me on this.  I have been trying to figure this out and have followed the tutatorial.  I have installed the sexy feet from blooms feet mesh.  For the life of me I can not figure out how to incorporate the 2 files together.  I have followed the process of converting but I end up with a shortened t-shirt and shorts that are underwear.

When I go into body shop and select the file that is the childs..........his shoes have turned to feet.  The idea is to change this so he is wearing shoes with his outfit still the same as the original mesh.  I have tried to do this, I end up as stated with shoes, but then with a shortened type of underwear and a half t-shirt.  I am including both files.  I hope someone could do a little work on this and maybe help me out on this or point in in the direction to turn to take care of the issue.

I have done the simple transfer/change using the shoes that you had provided.  This worked, but I have some simple childrens clothing. Is there a way to incoporporate the mesh that you supplied with the meshes on the children clothing, or the tutatorials that you had given these will transfer the meshes?  I found a site called gimp which is similar to photoshop.  This is what I thought about using.

Yes, this is the maxis set for elder woman.  I did not see a sexy feet for her.  She is usually mishapen with everything sagging.  I did not see one for the elder female.  I have not checked the elder male.

I want to thank you Bloom............ :shh: sometimes I can be a nucense. I want to thank you.  I followed the tutatorial. Helped out so much.  I love the work on this.  I got tired of big ugly shoes and feet, .  I had many athletic outfits for my adult males, that when I used this...........all had feet sticking out instead of shoes.  This cleared the problem..........and the outfits look terrific, thank you again for your work.

Is there a foot for the Elder Female for the Grass Skirt and Underwear?

I have some custom clothes that I want to use the sexy foot with.  What I was trying to do was to change the feet itself.  Now I was able to do one and love the results.  Another question that comes to mind is do I have to take the base foot and keep creating a new texture with it or can I use the one that I have already downloaded in the projects and just take my downloads and just change the texture?
