For my birthday, I got a really nice, brand new computer which plays the sims superbly, but I've noticed that the bumpmaps don't seem to be working. How should I get them to work? I've got a Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT on Windows XP, so I'd think they would be working.

I know how it's possible.

If you slide an adjuster thing (or whatever they're called) all the way and click on a default face part template, like a chin, eyes, nose, etc., the adjusters will reset and you can repeat this process over and over again, that's how you can get some really distorted sim faces.

Here's a sim I uploaded a little over a year ago that definitely needed a makeover, as he was a tid-bit too "Maxisy".

Hey Squinge, first off, thanks for extracting these But I seen to be having a problem. When I start the game with these items in the downloads folder, the game quits to the desktop in mid-loading, any way you can fix that?

I don't think it prevents the social worker from coming, just the message from popping up. But there is a mod from some site (which I forget) that stops the social worker.
