Hello here at skizicks reality we love our Americana house phase 2. It’s a charming little piece. The house features two car garage, entry, kitchen, dining, living room, family room, small bath, and master suit (including sitting area) on the first floor. The second floor had wide open spaces and has 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms. Hello and welcome to skizicks reality here is phase three in the Americana series. This little house is all on one level. Looks can be deceiving it’s very spacious inside. Hi welcome again to skizicks reality. Here is a house that was literally torn out the middle of suburbia. The house has a small entry hall, living room, kitchen, dining, family room, a small office, 4 bed rooms, 3 baths and screened in back patio. The house also has a small pool in the back yard perfect to cool off on those hot summer days. The family who lived here before loved the place, but wanted something bigger (yuppies!). Southern Long House I Hey welcome to Skizick’s reality. Oh my, oh my do we have a special house today. I took a little vacation and saw these types houses on my trip. They are known as southern long houses. They are long narrow houses with the garage in the back. I couldn’t help but pick them up on my way. You know how the saying goes once a realtor always a realtor. Any how this house has many cute features it has 3 bad, 3 bath, living room and kitchen/dining area. The elder couple who lived here before won the lottery and moved to Vegas. Last I heard they were still on a winning streak! Some people have all the luck. The house is slightly furnished and is in great shape. Welcome to Skizick’s Reality. This house is great for that first time home owner or a newly married couple. It’s so quaint and cozy. The kind of place you could walk into and instantly feel at ease. The house has a spacious living area, combined kitchen/dining, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bed and bath are on the first floor. The house is completely fenced in. it’s been on the market for a while and is dieing to have someone live in it….um….no…I don’t know what happed to the other owners. They moved out rather quickly. I got a call and all the person said was put it on the market. I think they were in the some sort of protective custody thing. Any how that house is reasonably priced at 19,812. It comes unfurnished. Welcome to Skizick’s Reality again. This here is an adorable little place. We call it of course lil’ house. It has a completely fenced in yard. This house is very basic it was built over 70 years ago. It’s charming and bit old fashioned, but it's more updated inside. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, T-shaped living room, combined kitchen/dining and screened in back patio. The previous owners were the original owners of this house. The gentlemen was born and raised in this house. He also raised his own family here. Both he and his wife are doing fine, but decided to move to a retirement home to enjoy the rest of their time together in peace and quiet, with out the worry of up keeping a house.
