I cant seem to download her..any ideas ?

Is there a new change of what you can name your subfolders ??
I have all my content in subfolders before i installed bonvoy... so the content didnt show up..so i just put all my stuff in the download folders unsorted and now the content appears...so now its messy !
so yeh... is there new subfolder names for bonvoy ?thanks
